Customer satisfaction in terms of delivering utilities of quality and variety of medicines, maintaining all the time availability, keeping packaging & pricing interests of customers are the ultimate objective and performance of APF in its marketing Endeavor.

APF is constantly Introducing New Products following customer interests. Product Varieties Now Reached to 92 and by the End of 2010/11 Fiscal Period it will Reach 134.

Considerable changes have been observed through promotion efforts on image reengineering & product introduction to wholesalers and pharmacies, Drug Stores and Rural drug vendors. Promotion Effort will continue targeting physicians in line with DACA rules.

The Factory is now implementing intensive market penetration with affordable prices. The distrubution of products is done through APF distribution channels in four regions like AddisAbaba,Hawassa, Mekelle and BahirDar and with some domostics agents and wholesallers.APF also suplies high qualities of products to Government and non-Government institutes.

The target is to attain distinctive competence of the local pharmaceutical market in the short future through import substitution, variety & availability.
